This site is operated by Cambacuá Bed And Breakfast and we provide our products and services under the following Terms and Conditions. They may be periodically modified and updated without prior notification to the User or to any other natural or legal person. For this reason, Cambacuá Bed And Breakfast suggests periodic review of these Terms and Conditions each time the site is accessed. Access implies acceptance and knowledge by the User of the following Terms and Conditions: 

PAYMENT POLICY
Once you complete your reservation, you will receive our confirmation email. You can pay for your reservation by electronic payment through Mercado Pago, Paypal, Wise or Payonner, or in cash, once you arrive at the establishment. In case of paying in cash or Mercado Pago, the price will be updated to Argentine pesos according to the exchange rate of the day the payment is made.If you consider that the services offered do not meet the agreement between you and Cambuacuá Bed and Breakfast, or in the case of objections or situations that prevent the normal development of the services, you must immediately notify our establishment. Contact details are available in your booking confirmation documents and messages. The absence of this immediate notification will limit Cambacuá Bed And Breakfast in the search for an adequate solution. However, if after contacting us, an adequate solution is not achieved, you may submit a written claim, within seven (7) days following the date of completion of the service in question.

CHILDREN'S POLICY:
Children from 0 to 2 years and 11 months of age don't have an additional cost, and will be subject to the availability of the crib that we have on site. If there are no cots available, infants may share the bed with parents.Children from 0 to 2 years and 11 months of age will only be admitted in private rooms. Children 3 years and older must be included in the reservation as adults. 

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
The following cancellation policy applies once your reservation has been confirmed:If you paid for your reservation by electronic payment, you can cancel for free up to 15 days before the date of entry. The refund will be equal to the value of the reservation, discounting the commission expenses of the payment platform.If you decide to pay in cash, you can cancel your reservation for free up to 15 days before the date of entry. If you do not cancel the reservation and do not attend the establishment on the date of entry, Cambuacuá Bed and Breakfast may have your bed or room in your reservation period. In turn, you will be reported on the platform through which you requested your reservation. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS:You agree to be bound by the following obligations:– Comply with the regulations and rules of coexistence of the place.– Assume financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.– Be over 18 years of age to make any reservation, make the reservation for personal use and have legal capacity to carry out the transaction.– Guarantee that all the information you provide us is true and accurate.– You may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, display, license, or reproduce the site or its contents in any way, except in the event that you wish to make copies for your personal use and for non-commercial purposes.

Cambacuá Bed and Breakfast publishes this information in good faith. No warranties, promises and/or representations of any kind, either express or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any information contained on this site or as to its nature, quality, reliability, or any other service offered by us or on our behalf. name, and we make no commitment to update that information. You use this Site at your own risk. All general information provided on this site is provided for guidance purposes only and is subject to change at any time. 

CHECK-IN:
You can enter the establishment 24 hours a day, if you wish. Data registration, cash payment and delivery of room and keys will take place from 3 p.m. local time. The entrance hours without additional charge are from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. After that time, an additional fee must be paid that varies according to your arrival time. If you arrive between 9:00 pm and 00:00 pm, the additional corresponds to 10% of the value of one night. If you arrive between 00:00 and 8:00 am, the value corresponds to 50% of the value of one night. At the time of arriving at the establishment, the additional must be or be paid. 

CHECK-OUT:
You can check out anytime up to 11:00 am local time. You can request extended departure times, although we may not always be able to accommodate last minute changes as we depend on availability. You can also, with prior notice, leave your luggage at the establishment after 11:00 PM, until 00:00 PM without additional charge on the day of check out. If you want to leave your bags after your departure day, you must agree with Cambacuá Bed And Breckfast the price for said storage.
