Terms and Conditions
- All remaining payment balance should be settled upon check-in.
- Incidental deposit of Php 1000 shall be collected in cash upon check-in, and shall be refundable if no damages are incurred during the stay.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss of any cash or valuables through the guest’s negligence.
- Room key must be surrendered to the reception area upon leaving the guest room or upon check-out. The loss of a key will be charged P200.
- Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the room under Republic Act No. 9211, smoking penalty is Php 2,000. Tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited and punishable by law.
- Bringing of durian and dried fish into the hotel is not allowed.
- Prohibited drugs, combustible materials, deadly weapons, and other items prohibited by the law are not allowed inside the building premises.
- Guests are discouraged from bringing cooked foods, beverages, liquor, and items with obnoxious odors to their room.
- Cooking and ironing is strictly prohibited.
- Parties and gatherings inside the guest room is not allowed.
- Check-out time is 12:00NN. Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Excess hours of stay will be charged P500.00 until 3PM depends on room availability and 3pm onwards regular rate will be charge.
- Visitors are allowed until 10PM only.
- Guest who wish to extend their stay must advice the Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to their expected check-out date. Extensions are subject to room availability.
- We do make up rooms from 10AM-6PM only upon guests’ request.
- We won’t open the room unless we’re permitted to do so.
- We change bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels, every 3 days or upon the guest’s request.
- Avoid staining the towels, pillowcases, and bedsheets. Stained towels, pillowcases, and bedsheets will be charged accordingly.
- Refrain from washing your clothes in the bathroom.
- Any damages and things taken out from the property will be charged to the guest accordingly.
- Illegal activities are prohibited. Please respect privacy at all times.
- Avoid causing disturbance and nuisances in the premises.
- Pets are allowed inside the premises for P600.00 per pet / per night, a maximum of 20lbs. Additional charges may apply for damages.
- Pets should wear diaper and leash within hotel premises.
- Pets need to have vaccination certificate and present it upon arrival.
- Booking reservation requires DOWNPAYMENT of PHP 500.00 per room and should be provided within 24 hours after the booking reservation was made.
- Booking reservation made on THE SAME DAY of your stay, downpayment is required within 3 hours ON THAT DAY. No DOWNPAYMENT provided within 3 hours will CANCEL the reservation automatically.
