Full payment may be taken upon booking or upon check-in,depending on the booking type. c. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy: a. Cancellations made1 day or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. b. Group bookings may have different cancellation policies, as agreed upon atthe time of booking.
3. Check-in and Check-out: a. Check-in time is[14:00] PM, and check-out time is [12:00] PM. b. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 5:00 PM) may result in a fee, 50% of room charge. c. Guests must provide a valid photo ID or passport at check-in time. Please return key cards to the front desk upon departure.
4. Age Restrictions: a. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. b. The hostel may have age restrictions for certain room types or during specific events.
5. Payment and Fees: a. We accept major credit cards and cash for payment. b. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to hostel property and may be charged accordingly.
6. Behavior and Conduct: a. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests and hostel staffs. b. Quiet hours are enforced from [12:00] PM to [06:00] AM. c. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including excessive noise may result in eviction without a refund.
7. Smoking and Drugs: a. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hostel premises. Designated smoking areas (rooftop &outside the hostel) are provided. b. The use of illegal drugs is not permitted on the premises.
8. Security and Belongings: a. Please do not share your room key card or access codes with others. b. Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to hostel staff immediately. c. The hostel provides luggage room and Guests can leave their luggage for a certain period by letting know hostel staffs even after check out. d. The hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
9. Environmental Responsibility: a. Help us conserve energy and resources by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use. b. Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins.
10. Health and Safety: a. Guests are responsible for their own health and safety while staying at the hostel. b. Incase of illness or injury, guests should inform hostel staff immediately.
11. Liability: a. The hostel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the premises.
12. Privacy Policy: a. Guest information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Compliance with Local Laws: a. Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations.
14. Eviction: a. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in eviction from the hostel without a refund.
