Terms and Conditions
Early Arrival:
Check-in time is from 2pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier, we recommended you book for one more night before arrival, this will ensure immediate availability for the best possible arrival experience.
Late Departure:
Check out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check out until 6:00pm will be charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied. All late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Guaranteed Reservations and Deposit:
To confirm all reservations we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposit payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. We will send the invoice together with our Bank Details or Link to arrange payment.
Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Union Pay. Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX.
Family Plan:
All our bungalows can accommodate 2 adults plus 1 child under 12 years. The day bed will be turned into a bed for your child and we also have a baby crib available. Only our Bay View Bungalow can accommodate 2 adults plus 2 children with an extra rollaway bed.
Extra Charges:
Extra person nightly charge of 1200THB (12 years and above). Price includes breakfast
Extra children (under 12 years) nightly charge of 600THB. Price includes breakfast
All rooms are smoke free and any smoking in rooms will incur a 5,000THB charge.
All damage, missing items or breakage in rooms will be charged to the guest.
All excursions, water sports or any activities are done at the personal risk of the guest. The hotel will not be liable for any injuries.
