Whether you're here for work, leisure, or just passing through, we aim to provide a welcoming and friendly environment — a true "home away from home."To ensure everyone has a great experience, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
House Rules:
- Rent is Due in Advance – Full payment is required to confirm your booking. No booking will be held without full payment.
- Extensions – If you'd like to extend your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours before your check-out time. No extensions will be allowed after 10:00 AM on your check-out day.
- Damage and Security Bond – By signing this form, you agree to allow management to charge for any documented damage caused during your stay. Upon check-in, we will pre-authorize a $50 security bond. If any damage exceeds this amount, you will be charged the full cost of repairs.
- Kindness and Respect – Please treat our staff and fellow guests with kindness and respect. A positive attitude creates a better atmosphere for everyone!
- Kitchen Hours – The kitchen closes at 10:00 PM. Please ensure you prepare your meals or late-night snacks before then.
- Clean Up After Yourself – Wash your dishes and clean surfaces after use. A cleaning fee will be applied based on the time spent cleaning any mess left behind.
- Label Your Food – Please label any food you store in the fridge with your name and checkout date. We conduct regular clean-outs to maintain freshness.
A Few No-Gos:
- No Smoking Indoors – We’re a home, not a chimney. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
- No Drugs or Controlled Substances – This includes balloons or any illicit substances.
- No Alcohol on the Premises – Please enjoy the nearby bars, but refrain from bringing alcohol onto the property.
- Respect Quiet Hours – The backyard is off-limits after 9:00 PM, and loud noise or parties should be avoided after 10:00 PM. Many of our guests need to rest for work or early travel, so please keep noise to a minimum.
- No Visitors After 10:00 PM – For the privacy and comfort of all, please do not invite visitors into your room or the property after this hour. Meet them outside or at their place.
The Serious Side:
Any behavior that does not align with these guidelines will be addressed at the discretion of the owner or manager, and you may be asked to leave. Please be considerate of others and avoid being "that guest."Important Note:
- Cashless Accommodation – We do not handle cash on-site. Please ensure you provide a valid credit or debit card when booking.
- Pre-Authorization – A pre-authorization will be placed on your card when you book or renew your stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to follow these rules and accept responsibility for any damages caused to the property. If the house rules are not followed or damage occurs, charges will be applied directly to your card.
