Staying Policy (Please read the details before making a reservation)
Check out before 12:00 noon (if later than the deadline, you must notify in advance, there will be a fee)
All hotel guests must present their booking confirmation to the staff.
All room types can accommodate one extra mattress per room except Sweet Room 4 and Sweet Room 5.
Price of additional mattress including breakfast
Children 0-7 years old stay free with parents, no extras, 1 person/room.
Age 8 years and up, charge 500 baht, 1 person/room
Stop using your voice after 11:00 p.m.
Breakfast 7:30-9:30 a.m.
Water park activities 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Wet raft activity at 5:00 p.m.

The resort reserves the right to prohibit the cooking of any type of food within the resort area. And bringing food down to eat in the room is strictly prohibited. If you violate this, you will be charged a fine of 1,000 baht or more.
Pets of any kind are not allowed.
Cancellation/Change of Stay Policy
Cancellation of reservations is not allowed and if the reservation is cancelled, it is not refundable under any circumstances.
● You can postpone your arrival date 1 time by notifying the resort at least 7-14 days in advance. If you postpone your first arrival date according to the conditions, there is no fee and if there is a second postponement there will be a fee of 1000 baht.
● If the customer requests a postponement 2-6 days before the arrival date, there will be a fee of 500 baht.
● If the customer notifies to postpone the arrival date 1 day before arrival. There will be a fee of 1000 baht.
● If the customer requests a postponement of the check-in date on the day of the required check-in. There will be a fee calculated as 50% of the room price.
If you have already paid the deposit and there was a request to postpone the stay first You must request to exercise your rights. and set a new arrival date within 90 days from the date of deposit payment If the said deadline has passed It is considered that the period for requesting the exercise of your rights has ended.

- ● สามารถเลื่อนวันเข้าพักได้ 1 ครั้ง โดยต้องแจ้งทางรีสอร์ทล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7-14 วัน. หากเลื่อนวันเข้าพักครั้งแรกตามเงื่อนไขไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย และ หากมีการเลื่อนครั้งที่ 2 จะมีค่าธรรมเนียม 1000 บาท
- ● หากลูกค้าแจ้งเลื่อนก่อนวันเข้าพัก 2-6 วัน จะมีค่าธรรมเนียม 500 บาท
- ● หากลูกค้าแจ้งเลื่อนวันเข้าพัก 1 วันก่อนเข้าพัก จะมีค่าธรรมเนียม 1000 บาท
- ● หากลูกค้าแจ้งเลื่อนวันเข้าพักในวันที่ต้องเข้าพัก จะมีค่าธรรมเนียม คิดเป็น 50% จากราคาห้อง
- หากท่านได้ชำระมัดจำแล้ว และมีการขอเลื่อนการเข้าพักออกไปก่อน ท่านต้องแจ้งขอใช้สิทธิ์ และกำหนดวันเข้าพักใหม่ภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันที่ชำระเงินมัดจำ หากพ้นกำหนดดังกล่าวแล้ว ถือว่าระยะเวลาการขอใช้สิทธิ์ของท่านได้สิ้นสุดลง

- ท่านที่ต้องการเล่นเครื่องเล่นสวนน้ำ ต้องเตรียมกางเกงเล่นน้ำมาใส่เท่านั้น ห้ามใส่ รองเท้า เข็มขัด และ นาฬิกา ลงเล่นน้ำ หากเกิดความเสียหายกับเครื่องเล่น จะมีค่าปรับตามราคาเครื่องเล่นจริง
- รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ห้ามประกอบอาหารทุกชนิดภายในบริเวณรีสอร์ท และนำอาหารลงไปทานในห้องพัก โดยเด็ดขาด หากฝ่าฝืน จะต้องเสียค่าปรับ 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าพัก
