Terms and Conditions
Upon check-in, an authorization request will be placed on your credit or debit card in an amount equal to the cost of the room, tax and incidental charges of the length of your stay (up to seven nights). If your stay exceeds 7 nights, an additional authorization may be requested for the entire amount of your stay. Upon check-out, your payment card will be charged the actual amount incurred during your stay and the remaining authorization will be released. Depending on the bank or card issuer, it could take up to 10 business days for the remaining funds to be returned to your account. For guests with pets there is a non-refundable $10 per night charge, guests are responsible to pay for any damages caused by their pet while on property. We are a smoke free facility; smoking will incur a charge of $250 plus any additional damages to the room. You may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please note we will assess a fee equal to one night's room and tax if cancelled after this deadline. Please note that a change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation will result in a rate change.
