- RV Parking Spot include utilities and we sell ONLY the parking spot, you have to bring your own RC, camper van, or mobile home. 
For yourreservation to be taken as guaranteed, you must make your reservation paymentat 100%.The latestcheck-in time is 8:30 pm, after that time there is no entry and it will beconsidered a no show.  

The jacuzziis on only from Friday to Sunday. Monday toThursday is subject to availability 

REGULATIONS 
1 - CheckIn is at 15:00 hrs and Check Out at 12:00 hrs, the guest must check out of theroom before 12:20 hrs otherwise there will be a fine of $50 USD and if the roomis checked out after 1:30 pm will be charged half a day according to the costof your reservation. Even if the guest pays the fine or half day he/she willhave to vacate the room/villa.
2 -Bonfires, as well as furniture (tents, chairs, tables etc) are only allowed onthe beach, it is strictly forbidden to make bonfires and put furniture in thearea of villas and hotel if ignored you will be subject to a fine of $100 USD.
3 - Musicis not allowed in the hotel area and only with moderate volume in the villas.
4 - After22:00 hrs NO NOISE is allowed, if after 22:00 hrs you get a warning  you will be charged $50 USD, if you repeat ordisregard this we will have to call the appropriate authorities to remove you fromthe facilities without the right to a refund.
5 - Parkingis only in the corresponding area of your villa and only one car in the hotelarea per room, the rest will have to park in the corresponding area indicatedby reception. It is not allowed to park on the street facing the villas, RVareas or lawns, otherwise you will be charged a fine of $50 USD, or a towingfee if necessary.
6 - Theguest will be responsible to cover monetarily any material damage caused withinthe resort regardless of the type of incident.
7 - Do notremove linens or furniture from the hotel and villas.
8 - Noclothes or towels may be hung on balconies, terraces or fences in the hotel orvillas.
9 - Both inthe villas and in the hotel NO VISITORS, the maximum capacity is 6 people forvillas and 4 people for hotel, if friends or family come and want to use thefacilities or go to your villa / room, they have to pay for each one either a daypass or a camping pass as appropriate to their type of stay.
10 - Theguest must notify at the time of check-in the people that will come withhim/her that will be within the range of capacity according to theiraccommodation, since after reception closes at 21:00 hrs no one else will beallowed to enter. After 8:00 p.m., people who wish to visit the guest will notbe allowed to enter, as the day pass schedule ends at 8:00 p.m.
11 - Theguest cannot transfer his reservation to another person, since he isresponsible for the people who come with him, therefore at the moment of hisdeparture he will have to hand over the room or villa according to hisreservation, non-compliance with the regulations is cause for eviction withoutthe right to a refund.
12 - It isstrictly forbidden to introduce fireworks / pyrotechnics to the facilities, ifyou are caught using them, you will have to leave the facilities without theright to a refund.
13 - Incase of calling the authorities, for non-compliance with the rules, misbehavioris immediate eviction from the premises without the right to a refund.
14 - It isforbidden to place furniture on the grass area, whether hotel or villas, it canonly be placed on the sand.

Failure tocomply with the regulations as well as mistreatment, aggression and misbehaviortowards staff or guests is grounds for eviction from the complex without theright to a refund.
