WARRANTY: Reservations at the hotel require a one-night deposit or credit card guarantee. If you provide a credit card guarantee to secure your room, no charge will be deducted from the card, payment is due upon arrival.Rates are per room, per night, including taxes, parking, and valet parking. Two children under 12 years old can stay free of charge using existing beds and accompanied by their parents or guardians. Except for the Patio suite.
PET POLICIES: La Morada is Pet-Friendly if you come with dogs and cats weighing up to 20 pounds (10 kg), a maximum of two pets per room or suite, the fee would be $500 MXN per night, per pet. (DOES NOT APPLY IN CASE OF GUIDE OR THERAPY DOGS) Pets are not allowed in restaurants or surrounding areas. If your pet is in a public area, use a leash or place it in its carrier. It is the guest's responsibility to clean up any waste left by the pet in the room, suite, or public areas. Pets should never be left alone in the room or suite. Any damage or harm caused or attributable to the pet to third parties, Hotel property, and/or property will be the responsibility of the owner who will be obligated to cover the expenses or repair of resulting damages.
