Non Refundable Rate:
Payments are non-refundable once a reservation has been made at the Non Refundable Rate.
Flexible Cancelation Rate:The Flexible Cancelation Rate option includes a 7.5% fee that allows guests to cancel their stay up to 48 hours before check-in time and receive a refund less the 7.5% fee. This rate must be chosen at the time of initially making the reservation.
Terms and Conditions
I hereby acknowledge and accept responsibility for the following conditions of my stay with Echo Canyon River Expeditions, LLC, d.b.a. Royal Gorge Cabins:
- All cabins and glamping tents are non-smoking. Should anyone smoke in your unit during your stay, a $250.00 (USD) fee (or more) will be assessed to your guest account. No open flames are allowed in the units - this includes candles and incense.
- I understand that in the event I exceed established occupancy capacities, a fee of up to 50% of my per night room rate including taxes and fees will be applied to my credit card.
- I have been informed upon check-in and I agree any fire ban status which may extend to smoking outside by Fremont County ordinance.
- Early and / or late departures may result in an additional charge.
- Additional linens and towels may be available for an additional charge.
- Service animals must be declared at time of reservation. Dogs are only permitted in Dog Friendly cabins and around property on leash. A $150.00 (USD) fee per day will be assessed to your guest account if a pet is found to be housed in or around any guest cabin and has not been approved. For a full list of guidelines, please reach out to our office.
- All furnishings, fixtures, and equipment will remain unaltered and unmoved during your stay. This includes all technology, entertainment, cabling, power cords, appliances, and anything else provided in the unit. Furniture will not be moved between inside and outside. Charges apply based on conditions.
- I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of incurred charges on my guest account. I understand the same credit card used to secure my reservation will be used for any charges during my stay. This includes daily incidental charges and/or damages.
- I acknowledge Royal Gorge Cabins is not responsible for valuables left in the guest room or suite. The property's liability for personal belongings is limited as defined by Colorado State Statutes.
