Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of your scheduled arrival date will be subject to a $100 per booked day cancellation fee.
- In the event of cancellations occurring within 3 to 30 days of your anticipated arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will be applicable.
- Cancellations within 72 hours (3 days) of your scheduled arrival date will incur charges for the full amount of the reservation.
- In cases of no-show reservations, the full reservation amount will be charged.

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Photo Identification and the Credit Card used to make the reservation is required for verification purposes.
If you are staying off the strip, please call us at 702-333-0999 to see if we pick up at the location where you are staying.
We do not provide pick up from Air B&B locations. Complementary pick up is available from our corporate office.
Please be sure to eat prior to your scheduled pick up time. There are no food or drinks allowed on the tour shuttle.

Helicopter/ATV/Horseback Tours add-on:
Guests weighing 300 lbs or more will be required to purchase an extra seat.
All drivers must be at least 18 years old.
Children between the age of 6 to 17 must ride as a passenger in a UTV
The minimum age to participate in this adventure is 6 years old.
Children 6 years old and under cannot participate in this adventure.
All drivers must present a photo ID in order to drive vehicle.
All packages are priced per person.
ALL ATV Scenic Motorized Tours can be combined Shooting packages and with Transportation of Choice: Helicopter,
Harley, Muscle car or with Private Shuttle transfer.
Comfort seat weight limit is subject to change due to other passengers body weights and helicopter balances.
Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
Due to Safety Concerns pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this adventure.
