STANDARD RATE - Reservations are fully refundable 48 hours prior to check-in unless specified in the rate terms. Reservations canceled after this timeframe will be charged 100% of the full stay.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE - Bookings made under the Non-refundable terms will be charged within 48H after the booking was made and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The Standard Booking price includes the following:
- All taxes
- Utilities (water, gas and electricity)
- Internet and Cable TV usage
- Towels, bed linen and hairdryer
- Cleaning before and after your stay
- All room amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence
Smoking policy:
The Abbeygate Townhous is strictly a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a €200 room cleaning fee.
Parking:
Due to our city centre location, we have no onsite parking. However, there many parking options available close by:
Bowling Green Car park (Public): This car park is located directly across from the townhouse and has limited spaces. Parking is charged by the hour between the hours of 8;30 - 18:30 from Monday to Saturday. Sunday hours vary.
Cathedral Car park (Public): Situated a short 5 minute walk away, this car park is definitely the best value if you plan to leave your car here for long spell. Daily rates are no more then €7 a day.
Market street car park (Private): Only a 2 minute walk to the accomodation, it is very central located. A ticket is issued upon entry and has to be paid for before exit. Due to its proximity to "Shop street", this is more expensive then other parking options.
Other options include the Mercy college car park which is situated right beside the property. However, the car park is predominantly opened to the public during the summer only and clamping is strictly enforced here if you go over your time allocation in this car park. The Corrib shopping centre is located close by also. Both car parks have restricted closing hours which is important to note.
Pet Policy:
We love animals but unfortunately, any type of pets are strictly not allowed into this property unless they are a licensed serviced animal.
