The Gateway at Pine Hill is centrally located in the Catskill Mountains and is the closest commercial lodging to Belleayre Ski Mountain. All guests are welcome to enjoy a homemade breakfast each morning in our dining room that overlooks the slopes. We offer hot chocolate happy hour during ski season and s'mores by the campfire in the summer (weather permitting). Our lounge offers an array of books and games for a cozy evening in. Most rooms are dog friendly, though we do not allow unattended pups. Private events and wedding blocks are available upon request.

Terms and Conditions
All guest rooms are located on the second and third floor. As this is a 170 year old house, we are unable to provide wheelchair access to the guest rooms, so all guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs.
Well-behaved, potty-trained dogs are welcome at The Gateway. No other pets are allowed. Dogs must be kept on-leash unless otherwise okayed by the innkeeper. Please note that we have a dog that lives on site so all dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and have no communicable illnesses. Please note that unattended dogs are NOT allowed. If you do intend on bringing a dog, they must come and go with you.
As we are a ski and outdoor destination, we are not able to refund guests who cancel due to snow storms or anything weather related; we rely on winter weather to stay in business. Please make sure you have a reliable vehicle before booking your stay.
All guest check-ins must be before 9pm unless other accommodations are arranged in advance. If you intend to arrive later, please call 845.254.4084 with at least one day's notice.
The Gateway at Pine Hill is not responsible for items left behind. If we are able to find the item, we can mail it back to you for a $20 charge to the card on file.
