Property and Cancellation Policies :
For Flexible Rate Options we require 48 hours notice prior to check-in time (before 3PM) in order to avoid a cancellation charge in the amount of one night's stay. This 2 day cancellation policy is also in effect for changing dates or total number of nights within a confirmed reservation.

Cancelation policy does not apply to Non-Refundable or Special Promotion Rates.
Terms and Conditions

1) This is a 100% NON-SMOKING hotel, a $250.00 cleanup charge will be applied to the guests' account if smoking is detected in the room during the duration of the stay. 2) Each room is equipped with an iPad and TV; there is a $500 charge for damage, theft, or loss of equipment. 3) I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for any or part of the full amount of these charges and I shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or contents. The credit card on file for my reservation is authorized to be charged for any damages 4) The Property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for injury or accidents to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or any personal valuables of any kind.

2) Credit Card Payments & Authorizations:
I authorize The Beverley Hotel, Toronto to debit the credit card account provided for the purchase of Hotel Room(s), Hotel Services, and Incidentals for the duration of my stay. This is secured by a security deposit of $100.00 pre-authorization to my credit card account.
