Late Check-out Hour: 11:00 AM
Late Check-out Fees: $100.00
Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 11:00 AM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled check in time you will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax.
A non-refundable 2% resort charge will be assessed on all bookings.
GROUP BOOKINGS: A 30 day cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. Must cancel 30 days in advance of the event to receive refund.
Terms and Conditions
Guest acknowledges and agrees that Guest’s use and occupancy of Tapoco Lodge and its amenities during the term of stay shall be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Tapoco Lodge, as may be amended from time to time (the “General Terms and Conditions”). A current version of the General Terms and Conditions may be viewed online at https://tapoco.com/termsandconditions and such General Terms and Conditions are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used in this paragraph but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in the General Terms and Conditions. By submitting this reservation request and/or tendering advance payment Guest agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions.
There will be a $50.00 incidental charge due at check-in, which will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out if there are no missing items or damage found.
