Early/Late check in is fine! Please communicate your check in/out schedule with the host. If not communicated prior to departure, late check-outs past one hour will be charged for additional night stay.
Prices and Taxes
All prices are final at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change based on availability and other metrics. Taxes and cleaning fees will be included in final total and are non-refundable.
Payment and Terms
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. The card on file may be charged for the full reservation balance anytime within the 3 days prior to arrival. Refer to our cancellation policy for terms of refunds.
Authorisations may be placed at management discretion prior to arrival or at anytime during the stay and will be released within 48 hours. Reservations do not require a deposit.
Non-refundable reservations may be charged as soon as 24h after the reservation is made and are never refundable.
Hotel Management reserves the right to hold liable guests financially responsible for damages to the hotel, its staff, neighbours, or other guests.

Guests will use our self check-in system. On the day of arrival, guests will receive a unique code which opens the lockbox corresponding to their room number, wherein inside is their outer access key and room key. Check-in is at 14:00 and Check-out is at 10:00, unless a special request is communicated and approved by management. Upon Check-out, extra charges may be assessed by management to cover any damages or extra cleaning costs. Bed linens and towels should be placed together in original location. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment. Missing items will be charged to guest credit card.

Damages
If something breaks or becomes damaged during your stay, please let us know! Consideration will be given for forthcomingness.Damages exceeding the security deposit amount will be automatically charged to the card on file.

To the best of their ability, management will accommodate any and all special needs. Requests must be given in advance, prior to check-in.
Parking
Free parking is available in adjacent lot. Refer to check-in guide for designated parking spaces.
Hotel Events
No events or parties allowed by guests. Please take note of the City Quiet Hours under the section "Local Laws."
Hotel curfew is 22:00 Sun-Thurs & 00:00 Weekends & Holidays.
Dispute Resolution/Issues
All communication must be within the booking platforms messaging system or through emailing info@americanease.de. Guests may contact management with issues, who will assess problem and prioritise a solution.
Use of Personal Information
American Ease will not use your personal information for anything other than booking and identification. We do not share your personal information with any outside marketing agencies.
Liability
American Ease is not liable for any lost or damaged personal items. Guests are responsible for any damages to American Ease Property caused during their stay.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking found in the apartment or in any of the building areas, will result in €50 fee per incident/evidence of smoking. Evidence includes but is not limited to: ashes, used or unused cigarettes, cigarette containers, etc.
Pets
No pets will be allowed inside of property. There are no exceptions. Violations to this rule may result in additional fines per management discretion.
Chemicals
Bleach and laundry or cleaning products containing bleach are not allowed on the property.
Security
Please lock property at all times and do not allow outside guests on to property.
Energy Usage
Guests must switch off lights when property is not in use. The use of private, high powered electrical appliances such as, but not limited to: portable air-conditioners, space heaters, high voltage computer systems, etc. are strictly prohibited.
Extension
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive.
If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans.
