Property and Cancelation Policies :
In the event that you are unable to attend on the selected dates:
1- Date change subject to house availability. (rescheduling)
2- In extraordinary cases where rescheduling is not possible, the following policies will apply:
- From 2 months to 11 months before the arrival date, a penalty of 30% of the deposit received upon reservation will be charged.
- 2 months before the arrival date, a penalty of 50% of the deposit received upon reservation will be charged.
- Within 4 weeks or less from the arrival date, no refunds will be provided
Terms and Conditions
2- To formalize your reservations, 100% of the total rental cost is required, which is calculated based on the number of nights, guests, and the season of your visit.
3- Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: From 1 pm
Check-out: 11 am
4- At Casa Altanera, we welcome children and pets under the condition that responsible adults take care of them at all times. It is essential to highlight that Casa Altanera is not liable for any human-related incidents or accidents that may occur during your stay.
5- Casa Altanera maintains an atmosphere of rest and relaxation. Events are strictly prohibited, as well as the use of loud volumes that may disturb neighbors or the local wildlife. Failure to comply with this policy will result in fines equivalent to the total cost of 1 night for each day of non-compliance and will be duly notified with evidence provided by the neighbors.
6- Bed linens and towels in the house are changed every 3 days. The water in the house comes from natural mountain springs, and we kindly ask for your respect and cooperation in their usage.
7- Any damage or mistreatment of the property will be documented and billed accordingly.
8- Rental prices include kitchen and cleaning staff.
9- The food fee has an additional cost per person per day of MEX$1200 (does not include alcoholic beverages).
10- The overnight stay of additional guests beyond what was budgeted is strictly prohibited unless approved and charged by Casa Altanera's management.
11- Casa Altanera is not liable for personal accidents; we rent a vacation home for your enjoyment. Please take care of yourself during your stay
12- We are not responsible for weather-related events or climatic conditions, and there will be no refunds in such cases.
