My signature below constitutes my acknowledgment of having received an inventory of the contents of the unit I will be occupying. I agree to advise the Front Desk of any missing or broken items in my unit within one hour after check-in. I accept full responsibility for replacing any missing or broken items at the time I check out. I agree that this resort is not pet friendly, and I will be charged a pet violation fee in the amount of $200.00 per day for this violation. I agree that The Harbor Landing Resort is a non-smoking property and I will be charged a fee of $300.00 for this violation. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and I agree to be personally liable for the full amount to charges.
