Terms and Conditions
Casas del XVI will give you at the end of your stay the invoice of the consumptions made. The hotel has the right to charge me the agreed room rate daily, as well as the consumptions that I will make in the areas of the same, leaving it to its discretion to grant me credit or not.
General information:
- The entry of food or drinks that have not been purchased at Casas del XVI is not allowed.
- Check in is from 3pm.

- Maximum occupancy of two people per room. Children from 0 to 2 years old are free of charge. Children from 2 to 12 years old pay a difference. Children from 13 years old count as adults and the charges will be the same.
- We allow home pets, (some conditions apply). Visitors are generally prohibited in the rooms. The guest can receive visitors in the common areas of the hotel with prior notice to the Concierge or the Butler. Any person who wants to enter the areas must be properly identified (Dominican identity card or passport in foreign cases) and a photocopy of it will be taken at their entrance. Considering that the use of the pool is exclusively for guests.
- Smoking is prohibited by law in the internal areas of the hotel. Smoking in prohibited areas has an additional charge of US$275.00.
- Any defect, damage, loss or deterioration caused by the guest in the property or in the properties of the property, will be charged to the guest's credit card even though the guest has already completed the Checkout process.
