Property and Cancelation Policies :
- You may call to reschedule your booking within one year of the original date at no charge before check-in time of 3 pm on your due date.
- You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 7 days before your check-in date. Once you are within 7 days of your reservation, you will be charged 50% of your total reservation canceled. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. After check-in, any unused nights will not be refunded.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you'd like a late checkout, you must schedule that in advance with our office. Unscheduled check-outs after 11:00 am will be billed $50 + tax fee.
There are no refunds for early departures.
Pets: We are dog friendly! The pet fee is $25.00 for small dogs (<15 lbs) and $50.00 for all other dogs per pet plus tax, which covers your whole stay. Dogs must be announced at check-in. Please clean up after your dog, doggie bags are provided in the front yard. Guest agrees that his or her debit/credit card will be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee for failure to abide by these terms.
This is a Non-Smoking Property. Burning candles, incense, or any other devices is also prohibited. Guest agrees that his or her debit/credit card will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee for failure to abide by these terms. Smoking is permitted in the park/deck areas.
Loss/Damages: The guest agrees that his or her debit/credit card will be charged for any missing items or damages to the property.
