Terms and Conditions

All room rates are subject to a 6% tax.
The state of Michigan has deemed our property a non-smoking facility. A $200 fee will be charged to the credit card on file if your room has been smoked in.
A fee of $200 will also apply if you a bring a pet into our facility that is not a registered service pet.
Any items missing from your room upon checkout will be charged to the credit card on file.
