The credit card is stored securely inAuthorized.net and neither the company nor the employees have access to the credit card details.If the total payment has been made, reservations are not applicable to refunds.
b) Reschedule:A regular stay reservation can be rescheduled at any time, with at least 48hours in advance. There are no fees orpenalties for rescheduling a reservation; however, if the rescheduling is doneless than 30 days before check-in, the balance of the whole reservation must be paid. Packages reservations reschedulingmust be notified within a 15 day notices, rescheduleswithin the same year of the reservation can be made up to a maximum of 3 times.
b) Reschedule:A regular stay reservation can be rescheduled at any time, with at least 48hours in advance. There are no fees orpenalties for rescheduling a reservation; however, if the rescheduling is doneless than 30 days before check-in, the balance of the whole reservation must be paid. Lightning Deals (ENG)
1. The "Lightning Deal" discount promotion is available only during specific dates and seasons. It is valid only during the specified promotion period and applicable solely to products or services specified as part of the promotion. The discount is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the quantity of discounted items may be limited. Once the allocated quantity is exhausted, the discount will no longer apply. There will be no re-scheduling or extensions provided for the Lightning Deal discount beyond the specified promotion period.
MIZATA ANTIRESORT BUNGALOWS,TREE HOUSES & SUITES (ENG)
1. The hotel reserves the right to admit guests or occasional visits. In the event of non-compliance with these policies and conditions, management has the right to order immediate departure.
2. The hotel cannot provide any type of medication in case of illnesses and/or accidents inside or outside the facilities and/or if requested, the guest does not hold the hotel responsible for any side effect or damage to health that may cause to the guest and/or their companions.
3. We are sorry to inform you that for safety reasons, kids under 12 years old are not allowed in our Tree Houses.
4. For your own safety,fire handling is strictly prohibited in our Tree Houses (Candles, fireworks& others). By accepting this, the customer is responsible of any damaged made by not following this rule, and by the payment according to the damage (if any).
5. The hotel has free parking for guests and in which the hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle or those of your companions.
6. The hotel asks its guests for a silence schedule between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
7. The guest accepts that it is not allowed within the hotel facilities the handling, transfer, or any type of treatment of prohibited substances or objects such as drugs and their derivatives, weapons of prohibited use, flammable or explosive substances, substances harmful to public health, and any other article, substance or element of any kind prohibited by law.
8. For security reasons,it is forbidden to carry firearms inside the facilities, if you have any, please register it at reception.
9. If you wish to extend your departure time will depend on the availability of the hotel and has an additional cost, please inform reception. Check in time 4:00 pm, check-out time1:00 pm. Otherwise, the following surcharges will be made:- Additional hour before or after delivery the room has a cost of $ 20.-Check out after 5:00pm: Full rate of one night.
10. Our reception hours are from 7:00 a.m. 7:00pm.
11.The guest undertakes, for his own safety, to register any visit that wishes to enter his room, accepting the additional charge of $ 29.50 per person, always respecting the maximum limit of the room.
12. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, the only areas allowed are the parking area and the beach. Failure to follow this rule will proceed in a charge of $150.00.
13. We are not responsible for accidents caused in the facilities of Tree Houses when the guests are under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
14. We inform you that the Tree houses & beach bungalows have a safe, and we also have a safe in our office area for Suites and jungle bungalows guests; therefore, you agree not to hold the hotel responsible in cases of damage or loss of the guest and/or their companions in their material goods.
15. In case of loss of the key to your room, a charge of$ 30 will apply.
16. It is forbidden the entry of food and drinks; your room has a minibar which has an additional charge according to the products consumed.
17. If damage is reported both in rooms and facilities in general, there will be a charge corresponding to the damage caused.
18. Horseback Rides: Horseback riding is by reservation and subject to availability. Please make sure to schedule your horseback ride with reception or your sales agent. For your safety & our horse well-being,the maximum weight permitted per person is of 190lbs.
19. DUI, passport, or residence card will be requested to make your reservation of hotel stay elective (Decree No. 498).

In case the purchase has been through a third party,or the owner of the card cannot be presented, he must notify by mail or chat the name of the person or persons who will be presented at least 72 hours in advance.

5. El hotel cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito para huéspedesy en el cual el hotel no es responsable por pérdidas o daños en su vehículo oen los de sus acompañantes.
