In keeping with the current COVID-19 pandemic, we offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure your peace of mind when booking.
You may cancel your reservation at any time under the following conditions:
Cancellations 14 or more days prior to the start date of the Reservation will be refunded 80% of the value paid.
Cancellations 14 or less days prior to the start date of the reservation will be charged 100% for No Show.
Cancellations during the stay will be charged 100% of the amount paid.
In cases where a refund is requested, this will be made within 15 calendar days, the expenses that may occur will be borne by the customer and will only be refunded to the account whose owner is the person who made the payment of the reservation.
All reservations made during the health emergency have the flexibility to be postponed to another date this year (2021).
Non-refundable or promotional rates:
Reservations made under the condition of Non-Refundable or Promotional Rates will be charged in full at the time the reservation is made. The reservation can only be modified if there is availability at the hotel, with an extra charge of 20% of the total amount of the stay.
For security reasons, all requests for accommodation reservations will only be accepted via e-mail.
We are not responsible for adverse conditions of any kind beyond our control, including when the guest has transportation or access problems due to extreme weather or rain. We do not offer cancellations, alterations or rescheduling of the Reservation based on weather conditions or other events beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Reservation upon the occurrence of any situation that renders the Reservation impractical, unsafe or unfulfillable, which may include property damage, force majeure, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability or other events or circumstances that make it infeasible for the Reservation to be maintained. In the event a Reservation is modified or cancelled under this sub-clause, Guest shall have the right to cancel or reschedule the Reservation.
Terms and Conditions
Minors are not allowed to enter without their parents' company. Pets are allowed in all our accommodations except Badén Lodge. Alcoholic and hallucinogenic beverages are not allowed. The facilities are not handicapped accessible.
Check in to the room from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
Check out of the room at 12:00 PM.
Contact us for Early Check In or if for any reason you need to arrive after 06:00 PM. You can enjoy our facilities and activities from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (before check in and after check out).
ACCOMMODATION OF PETS 🐾
The lodging of pets in rooms or cabins has a cost of $20.000/dog of any size or breed without exception. (Large breeds only allowed in the cabins).
Remember to bring your pet's bedding and food.
Your pet must be restrained whenever it is in the dining area of the hostel (main house).
Try to keep your pet with you, it is forbidden to leave your pet alone or locked in the room.
It is forbidden to put pets on the bed.
Damage caused by your dog in the room or facilities of Hostal la Laguna will be charged extra.
WATERFALL MOLINOS
Distance and duration of the tour: 2.2 km / 1.5 - 2 hours approx. roundtrip
Admission: from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
What you should bring:
Waterproof jacket or change of clothes - towel - ear plugs or cotton pads - cap - UV filter glasses - plastic boots or change of sneakers with good grip - sunscreen - bag or case to protect your camera or cell phone - bag or tula for wet clothes (due to sustainability policies no plastic bags are given away or sold at the hostel).
It is not allowed to bring food to the waterfall trail or consume it in the dining area. You can only enter the waterfall with hydration and small snacks.
HOW TO GET THERE
Hostal La Laguna📍Located 25km from the city of Manizales, in the village of Montenegro, rural area of the municipality of Villamaria-Caldas.

Arrive in the municipality of VILLAMARIA to BARRIO TURÍN and take the main road via vereda Papayal. During the ascent you will pass by two big detours, where you must follow to the LEFT, in these two detours there are signs indicating the remaining kilometers to arrive and that you must follow to the left, if you do not find signs of the hostel do not deviate anywhere. From Turin to the hostel are 21 KM by unpaved road.
We recommend arriving in a high car; campero or pickup truck, as the road has been affected by the rainy season. Some people arrive by car at their own risk.
If you have any questions, please contact us (only via WhatsApp) before leaving Villamaria, as you will not have cell phone signal afterwards.
We offer transportation service in case you do not have a way to get there.
