Terms and Conditions
In order for our guests to have the best stay possible at the Moulin, some rulesapply so we can welcome you in the best conditions. These terms &conditions are considered agreed once your booking is confirmed.
Payment & booking confirmation
All bookings should be paid in full upon arrial. We accept cash, cheques, credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. A deposit of 50% is requested upon booking. The booking is confirmed only once the deposit is received.
Accomodation prices vary throughout the year. All prices include VAT but notthe local tourist tax. Discounts can apply for early booking and bookings of 3 days and more.
Check-in & Check-out
We ask our guests to please check-in between 5pm and 7 pm. Late check-in are possible,but we ask our guests to warn us as much in advance as possible.Check-out should be no later than 10am. For a late check-out after noon, afee will be applied. Breakfast
Breakfasts are included in the room prices. They are prepared from 7.30am to 9.30am. Cottage guests can book breakfasts foran extra 8€ per adult or 5€ per children.
Equipment
Linen and bathroom towels are included in all accommodations, including thecottage. Cleaningfees are also include in the price.Animals are welcome, for an extrafee of 8€ and upon request (we need to make sure everyone cohabitates smoothly!)
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 2 months before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded
Between 2 and 1 months before arrival: 70% of the deposit is refunded
Between 1 month and 15 days before arrival: 30% of the deposit is refunded
Less than 15 days before arrival: the deposit is not refunded
