MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND CANCELLATION POLICY:
There are NO REFUNDS for canceling a booking made for Memorial Day weekend. Once the reservation is made a full deposit will be collected.
Terms and Conditions
Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in is available after 3 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m. If a late check-out is required a $25 late check out fee will be added to your bill.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your reservation less than 14 days before your stay will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Cancelling more than 14 days before then will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Memorial Day Weekend
There are NO REFUNDS for Memorial Day weekend.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for all or part of their reservation forfeit any deposit and will be charged the full night’s room.
Extra Guests
Our room rates are based on a 2 person occupancy but many of them can host more than that. If you have an extra guest staying in your room a $25/person fee will be added to your bill.
Traveling with Children
We allow children on our property. Children under 6 will not be charged an “extra guest fee”.
Pet Policy
We have two rooms that are pet-friendly as well as our Cook’s Cottage. There is a $50 non-refundable fee per pet. We do not allow pets inside of our restaurant.
Credit Card fee
If paying with a credit card you will be charged a 3% service fee. If booking through Expedia/Booking.com/AirBnB you have already been charged this fee.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings. If this policy is broken a $200 damages fee will be added to your bill.
Damages or Loss of Property
We open our doors to you with the assumption that you will treat our property with respect; If pillows are taken from the property a $40/per pillow will be added to your bill. If there is damage done to fixtures/decor (lights, tables, couches, etc.) a $100 damage fee will be added to your bill. If there is property damage an estimate by a certified contractor will be issued to determine the extent and cost of the damage.
