We know you have invested time and money in your trip to Tulum and your stay at Kanil. However, we understand plans sometimes change for different reasons. Please read the following reservation and cancellation policies:
RESERVATION POLICY
Lodging rates are in Mexican pesos and include taxes and service fees.
When you check-in, you must pay the total cost of the lodging service.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
It is necessary to present an official ID when checking in.
Check-in time is 15:00 hrs.Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
At Kanil, we welcome pets for a fee of MXN 90 per pet per night. The owner is always responsible for cleaning, caring for, and feeding the pet.
Our room rate is for two adults per room. We accept one or two extra persons paying an additional fee per person per night (check maximum room occupancy).
CANCELLATION POLICIES
We will refund your reservation amount if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival.
If you make your reservation less than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.After that time, we will not be able to issue a refund.
All cancellations must be made through our email kanil@uki.com.mx and are subject to the cancellation policies and deadlines of each season or promotion.
