Cancellation of third party booking (Booking dot com, Expedia etc) : Cancellations must be made by contacting the third party website directly. Failure to cancel through this method will result in one full night’s accommodation being charged (the first night's tariff) to the credit card used to secure the booking. Subsequent nights of the stay may be charged for if we are charged by the third party website. Management reserves the right to charge an administration fee for cancellations.

Cancellation of direct booking: Cancellations must be made by phone directly to the motel before 2pm on the day prior to the reservation. Failure to cancel by this time will result in one full night’s accommodation being charged (the first night's tariff) to the credit card used to secure the booking. Subsequent nights of the stay are cancelled free of charge unless the booking includes a minimum stay period in which case the full booking amount will be charged. Management reserves the right to charge an administration fee for cancellations.
Terms and Conditions
Payment: Payment must be made in full the day before, 24hrs prior to arrival and immediately if within 24 hours of your arrival. If Payment is not made, the credit card is invalid or has insufficient funds, and we cannot contact you, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking without further notice.
Smoking Policy: All rooms and verahdahs are non-smoking – ashtrays are placed outside at the designated smoking area. If management believe smoking has occurred in a room a minimum charge of $250 applies.
Damage: All and any damage caused to the room will be charged out at managements discretion to the credit car on file.
