Hotel Policy:
-Check in is between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Check out is 11:00am-The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to room, furnishings, fixtures, or property and agrees to reimburse HOTEL by the credit card given at check-in and also gives HOTEL authorization to do so should damages/missing items occur up to $500 for rooms and $1000 for cottage house.
Smoking in the suites, house and patios is strictly prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking in the suite, a fee of $500.00 will be charged to the credit card given at the time of check-in.
Pets in the suites are strictly prohibited except pet friendly rooms. If there is evidence of a pet being present in the suite, a fee of $500.00 will be charged to the credit card given at the time of check-in.
We require a 48-hour notice to cancel your reservation without any fees. All reservations require credit card guarantee at time of booking. Actual charges will be processed at check-in.
