CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Any form of amendment must be done 7 days prior to arrival to avoid charges. In case of late cancellations and no shows, 100% of total room cost for the entire stay will be charged. For washdowns and early departures, the total room cost of the remaining or unused nights will be charged against advance payment made.
- Cancellation and refunds are not allowed beyond 7 days prior to arrival date, in case of force majeure, rebooking shall be allowed.
- Unused nights for shortened stays are non-refundable.
- The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, damage or destruction of the Resort, outbreaks of disease or epidemics (excluding the current Covid-19 pandemic) in the country where the Hotel is located, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar cause or threat thereof beyond the reasonable control of the parties, making it illegal, or impossible to perform to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. For any of the above reasons, this Agreement may, without liability on the parties, be terminated by written notice of no less than 3 days from one party to the other or be revised at the absolutely discretion of the Hotel by written notice to the Organizer.
- Should there be any government regulation that would restrict the contracted from happening in relation to Covid-19 pandemic, the event may be allowed for postponement with a new date to be set in the form of an amendment to this contract within 3 months from original event date, subject to availability.
- The price indicated is per accommodation for the number of persons and dates selected in advance, unless otherwise specified (fixed price). However, additional taxes may apply and be payable on arrival at the hotel, depending on local regulations. Only the local currency of the country is guaranteed. Any amount specified in a currency other than the local currency is for informational purposes only and non-contractual.
- The total amount of your reservation includes all the government taxes.
- All registered guests are entitled to a complimentary parking space.
- One hundred Percent (100%) of the total charges shall be made to confirm the reservation.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. A fine of Three Thousand Pesos (PHP3,000) will be imposed to violators.
2. Removing items from guestrooms or moving them to other places in the hotel is prohibited. Violator is subject to a minimum fine of up to PHP5,000.00.
3. Do not operate the fire extinguisher unless there is a valid reason to do so; violators will be fined PHP2,500.00
4. Inviting individuals not registered as guests of the Athlete’s House to use the room, facilities and or amenities is subject to an extra person charge of PHP1,000.00.
5. Hanging of any items in guest room windows is prohibited.
6. Food deliveries is allowed, however guests must consume their food at the Athlete’s Lounge or 2nd Floor Open Deck if available. Clean-as-you-go (CLAYGO) policy applies to both places.
7. Pets are not allowed inside the Athlete’s House, and Athlete's Lounge.
8. Installation of any foreign item inside the guest rooms or any part of the building is prohibited
.
9. For any extension of stay. Please proceed to the front desk for the update of stay
10. A third party can be given access or use the guest room given that there is an endorsement coming from the registered guest. In addition, they should be registered as well.
11. Gambling is prohibited on common areas. Other behavior that is against public morals in the hallways or guest rooms is prohibited.
12. Any damage/s should be reported to our reception immediately.
13. The use of guest rooms or the lobby as an office is prohibited.
14. Bringing illegal items such as deadly weapons, exotic plants are prohibited.
15. Durian or anything that causes foul smell are strictly prohibited in the hotel.
16. Guests and other individuals using the hotel services are asked to make sure their conduct should not disturb other guests and to observe the quiet time between 10:00PM - 06:00AM. The hotel may refuse its services to individuals who violate this rule.
17. Guests should lock their rooms properly to prevent access of third parties. The Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss / or damage to the guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause including theft or pilferage.
18. Guests are expected to keep all the equipment and furniture in their rooms free from damage.
19. Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.
20. Heavy stains, rips or tears on linens or towels will be charged to the guest’s final bill.
21. In case of loss or damage of key card or RFID wristband, Five Hundred Pesos (PHP500.00) will be charged to the guest's final bill upon check-out.
22. The Athlete’s House will exert all efforts to contact the guest for their Lost & Found items. Items left behind will be sent on demand by a courier at the guest’s expense.
