Ceiba Beach Resort is located in the heart of Maya Beach, a small community on the Placencia Peninsula in southern Belize. We currently have an onsite restaurant, Mickey's in operation from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The first model home on the lagoon side is available for rent along with 10 beach cabanas. Ceiba Beach has a restaurant and a large pool with a swim up bar.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- If cancelled within 24 hours of initial reservation a full refund will be issued;
- Not less than 60 days prior to arrival, a 90% refund;
- Not less than 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund;
- Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund.

Rates are in US dollars
Rates per night plus 9% Belize hotel tax. (Hotel tax is subject to regulatory rate change.) Resort accommodations include room cleaning and sheet/towel refresh after 7 nights at no additional charge. Additional Housekeeping and laundry services can be arranged through the Property Manager for additional fees. The Orchid House accommodations do not include cleaning or laundry services. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Guests may request cleaning and or laundry services at an additional charge. Fees will depend on services requested. There is currently no departure cleaning fee. We ask that the house be kept tidy. Ceiba Beach Resort reserves the right to charge for exit cleaning if cleaning measures are required above and beyond standard house cleaning, eg, stains, oven cleaning, deep cleaning bathrooms, etc. Payment Policy - A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by Cash*, Visa or MasterCard.
Please note: We cannot accept American Express or Discover Cards.*Cash payments still require a credit card to be held on file in the event of damages caused to the rental accommodations or extra cleaning measures are required as noted in Terms & Conditions. Cancellation Policy Notice of cancellation for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues, or Acts of God, if received by Ceiba Beach Resort.
Damage Deposit Policy Ceiba Beach Resort does not process a damage deposit at time of reservation or check-in. However, we do require credit card information be provided at time of reservation, even if paying in Cash, so that if damages are incurred the credit card will be charged for cost of damages, repairs, extraneous cleaning, etc.
Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of your room (or super close). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while on property.
