Special Spring Break Note to Parents: Do not think you will be able to book a room for your children and drop them off at this motel. We live right here. We will know. Unaccompanied minors will be removed from the premises and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Please note: the Seahorse Inn is conveniently located in the center of the Entertainment District--it may be loud at night.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee. If your pet barks or disturbs other guests, we will text or call you to come back to your room. You will be charged for damages caused by your pet for the amount of repairs and lost rent revenue should the room be out of service.
Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $50 charge.
Guests will be charged for the cost of repairs should damage be done to rooms or the property.
Room rates are based on double-occupancy. There is a surcharge of $20 per additional guest above two in a unit.
Upon making a reservation, the guest(s) agree(s) to the fullest extent permitted by law to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Seahorse Inn and New Smyrna Seahorse LLC from all claims, damages, losses
and expenses caused by reason of any suit, claim, demand, judgment or cause of action initiated by any person arising or alleged to have arisen directly or indirectly out of the performance of this hotel.
