Reservations and payment
-The rates include VAT, free WI-FI,bed linen, towels and check-out cleaning.Daily or middle cleaning can beordered in advance per extra cost of 50.- € per cleaning per suite.Children 0-2 years old in a crib 0.-€ per child per night, to order in advance.
-The prices of the suites in Golden Circle Suites vary based on thetime period and demand. Golden Circle Suites can also provide different kindsof additional services in connection with accommodation (such as breakfast,gift cards, parking, etc.) and their availability and prices shall beseparately announced.
-The room booking made by the Customer is paid in advance inconnection with the booking, unless Golden Circle Suites have separatelyannounced otherwise. Golden Circle Suites have the right to perform a chargeand preauthorisation on the credit card for international credit card holders.
-When thebooking has been confirmed, the accommodation provider has no right to raise orthe duty to lower the price of the agreed upon accommodation, or otherwisechange the Booking Terms, unless such change is due to immediate mandatorychanges in legislation or authorities’ regulations. The confirmed price cannotbe raised at this time. In bookings done via external sales channels, primarily thebooking terms of the external sales channel are valid in terms of theirapplicable parts.
-In order tobook a suite at Golden Circle Suites, you must be 18 years of age or older. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay overnight unless inthe company of a parent or legal guardian. A permission document is notsufficient.
Guest information and house rules-The room is at the disposal of the guests on the date ofarrival starting from 16:00. The guests staying in the room are not allowed tolet outsiders on the hotel premises. Golden Circle Suites have the right toremove, according to their discretion, any person who is not a Customer nor aperson belonging to the same accommodation booking and reported in connectionwith the booking. It is forbidden to give the key codes needed to enter the hoteland/or rooms to other than the persons who have been reported as guests stayingin the room in question.
-Golden Circle Suites does not have accessible rooms.
-Please note that actions in breach of these Hotel rules maylead to immediate removal from the hotel and liability for damages. The guestmust abide with good manners and behave in an appropriate manner on the hotelpremises. The guest cannot cause disturbance to other hotel guests or to thoseliving in the vicinity of the hotel with their behaviour, by causing damage toproperty or otherwise causing trouble. The property in the hotel rooms or onthe common premises of the hotel (such as furniture, linen and other equipment,including fire alarms, shower equipment, TV and radio) must not be damaged. Theproperty in the hotel rooms must not be taken out of the room. Bringing narcotics,and/or other illegal substances, dangerous items or such items that can be usedfor harming others is prohibited. Violation of this rule can result in removingthe guest from the hotel premises and banning from revisiting the hotel. Eachguest has the right to a peaceful accommodation. Especially after 22:00, theguests must avoid loud speaking, music or other noise that may disturb otherguests. Smoking and making an open fire (incl. candles, incense and burning ofother similar objects) in the rooms and in other hotel premises is absolutelyforbidden and may cause an automatic fire alarm. The person acting in a breachof the prohibition is responsible for all the costs related to the alarm,maintenance and cleaning. Bringing pets on the hotel premises is forbidden. Aperson who has brought animals on the hotel premises is liable for thecompensation of all maintenance, administration and cleaning costs due to theactivities in breach of the prohibition. Allowing other people who are notguests on the hotel premises is forbidden. The front doors of the hoteland hotel room doors must be kept locked in order to prevent external partiesentering the hotel premises. The guest must see to it that the front door islocked after him/her. The key codes given to the guest must be preservedcarefully, and they must not be given to others than such persons who have beenreported to stay in the room and they must not be disclosed to outsiders. Dueto general safety and in order to protect the property of the guests, theguests must not keep any items on the common premises of the hotel (such as thelobby, corridors, etc.)
Force Majeure
-GoldenCircle Suites shall not be responsible for any damages, delay or failure tofulfil a contractual obligation arising out of a circumstance or obstaclebeyond the control of Golden Circle Suites that Golden Circle Suites cannotreasonably have been required to take into account at the time of booking orafterwards, and whose consequences it could not reasonably have prevented orovercome (force majeure). The term force majeure shall include among otherthings, without limitation, fire, water damage, war, state of emergency,natural disaster or a prohibition or decree from authorities that causes thehotel to become partly or entirely unavailable. When a force majeure affectsthe suite booked by the Guest or its use, Golden Circle Suites has a right tocancel the Guest’s reservation either before the beginning of their stay (ifthe force majeure becomes effective before that time) or during it (if theforce majeure becomes effective during the stay). Golden Circle Suites shallinform the Guest of a cancellation due to a force majeure without delay afterreceiving information of it. If Golden Circle Suites cancels the Guest’sreservation because of a force majeure, the liability of Golden Circle Suitesis limited to reimbursement of the fees already paid by the Guest. In suchforce majeure cases, Golden Circle Suites does not have a responsibility toarrange compensatory accommodation for the Guest, or to reimburse the Guest’sother expenses, costs or damages (such as additional expenses from arrangingcompensatory accommodation, travel expenses or damages to property in theGuest’s room) arising out of the cancellation and/or the event causing theforce majeure.
