Property and Cancelation Policies :
The deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made at the latest 24h prior to the check-in date.
If the cancellation is made the same day of the scheduled check-in, we will keep the value equal to the standard rate for the first night, and refund the remaining sum (if any).
10OFF Rate: 100% deposit on total value of accommodation is required to confirm your reservation.
In case of cancellation made at the latest 24h prior to the check-in date, we will issue a VOUCHER of the same amount paid, that you can use at any time until the end of next year!
Rescheduling will be subject to availability, and the rate applicable will be the one of the new dates and accommodation chosen.
If the cancellation is made the same day of the scheduled check-in, we will subtract from your VOUCHER the value equal to the standard rate for the first night.
Terms and Conditions
HOUSE RULES
1. Check-ins are from 14:30 - 22:00. If you know that you will arrive later, please let us know: we will leave your key in an outside lock, so you will be able to enter. We will communicate to you the combination of the locker via Whatsapp, SMS, email or website chat.
2. Check-outs are before 11:00am. Late check-outs will be charged as an extra night.
3. Pending payments (if any) shall be performed at the check-in. Note that the Tourist Tax is not included in your rate, and will be charged at check-in. The Tourist Tax is applied for a maximum of 7 nights. The amount is 1,10€ per person per night from November to April (included), and 2,20€ per person per night from May till October (included).
4. The kitchen is closed from 10:30 till 11:30 so we can clean it up for you guys!
5. Please respect the other guests, the neighbors, and the people that work here. This is a hostel, not a hotel, and everyone should contribute to keep the place neat and clean as we try to make it everyday for all of you to enjoy!
6. Loud noises / playing music is forbidden by law (and common sense) before 10:00 and after 22:00, both inside and outside of the house.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, the Reception or the common room. If smoking outside, please use the ashtrays provided.
8. All guests must be registered (with valid identification) at the reception before entering the hostel. Only guests that are currently registered as checked-in can enter the property.
9. Animals are not allowed in the hostel.
10. The swimming pool is unattended and diving is not allowed. Be mindful of slippery floors and different levels around the pool.
11. Surfer´s Den Ericeira is not responsible for any of the guests' object damage and/or loss on the Den´s Property.
12. Surfer's Den Ericeira is not accessible to disabled people, or people with special needs.
13. Surfer's Den Ericeira is not accessible to children under the age of 12.
