Located in Coldwater, KS, our renovated motel will be the perfect fit for anyone who visits. 50" TV in every room will assure that your favorite show is there for you when you come in to relax. We are a perfect fit for those traveling thru, or are here in the area to work or visit. We have three King rooms, one has an available over flow room adjacent to the room for an additional fee. The over flow room will have 2 queen beds, and the overflow room also includes a TV, mini fridge, microwave and sink so everyone can get ready for the day. All the rest of our rooms will have options for a queen/twin option.
Contactless check in coming soon!!! Free Wi-Fi, 50" or larger TV for each room to make relaxing after a long day that much better. We have a laundry mat available for occupants and workers so you can wash your clothes. (sorry no greasers or pet linens please!!) Each room has a mini fridge and a microwave available for you.

ALL Cancellations and early checkouts will need to be remitted to us by phone or in person!
You have 72hrs to cancel or edit dates of your reservation prior to your arrival for any nightly stays. Any cancellation after that will result in a charge per nights stay, per room booked. EARLY bookings, (bookings made more than a month in advance) or extended stays ( stays longer than 7 days) will require 10 days notice prior to beginning of reservation to cancel or edit dates of the reservation. Cancellation of the reservation after that time will incur a nightly charge, per room booked. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued for early checkouts.

Terms and Conditions
Check in is at 3pm, and check out is at 11am . Late checkouts may be charged for an additional night stay. Early check ins are arranged based on availability and on the time. Other charges may apply if any terms and conditions have been violated. Full credit card details ( card number, expiration date, CVC, billing zip code and the full name on the card) are required to guarantee your full reservation.
Pets at owners discretion, with a fee that is non refundable, as long as the pet room is available. No Smoking, No Electric Skillet's, and no other cooking equipment of any kind in any of our room's, if you are found to be cooking in the room there will be a $500.00 fine. The only cooking in the room is the microwave, or your own coffee maker. Coffee is provided in the front office every morning. If you use a grill to cook on, do not use them on the walkway. Please use them in the grill area only. We reserve the right to refuse service. All sales are final. Guest is responsible for the conduct of their visitors and shall be personally liable for any injuries or property damage caused by or arising from the actions of said visitor.
Quiet Time: Be considerate of your neighbors. Keep noise levels down to a minimum (between 9:00PM to 9:00AM.) Please do not leave trash outside of your room over night! Please do not dispose of food drinks outside on walk ways or in the parking lot, there are receptacles available.
Visitors: Occupants allowed to stay at Guest’s site are those listed in this agreement. Any changes must be authorized by Management.
1. Guest may host two (2) visitors per day at no charge. Visitors must be in the company of Guest.
2.Overnight visitors must be registered, in person with valid ID, and will be charged $15.00per person, per night.
3.Guest is responsible for the conduct of their visitors and shall be personally liable for any injuries or property damage caused by or arising from the actions of said visitor.
4.Falsely representing the number of people at time of check-in or exceeding the number paid for is considered a serious violation, and Guest may be subject to immediate removal from room with no refund.
5. If you are expecting visitors during your stay or have people in your party that are arriving after check-in, please advise us at the time of check-in.
