The Hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation by email right after canceling your reservation.Check in 2:00 pm and Check out 12:00 md, Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Reception hours from 7 am to 9:00 pm, the entrance gate closes at 9:00 pm, please coordinate with reception if you need to leave or enter after that time.The total price will be charged after making the reservation and it will not be refundable,We can immediately terminate the rental agreement if: There are more guests staying at the property than agreed, There is excessive noise in the afternoon or at night.No pets allowed.It is not responsible for personal items lost or forgotten on the premises.During your stay, all equipment and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification of staff will be expected of any damage to the rooms.The Hotel is an exclusive non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional methods and all electronic systems, including vapers, vaporizers, hookahs, e-cigarettes, e-pipes, and any variation of the above, regardless of the product name. Smoking in the rooms or the presence of strong and persistent odors in them will incur a cleaning fee.
