The Springside Inn is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. If you must change, shorten, or cancel your reservation, do so within the timeframe indicated below for a full refund, or there will be incurred change or cancellation fees.

A deposit equal to one night's stay (plus taxes) is required and charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
At Springside Inn, a family-owned haven with only seven distinct guest rooms, we strive to provide personalized service and an intimate experience for each guest. Due to our limited room availability, cancellations significantly impact our ability to rebook rooms.We kindly ask our guests to understand that cancellations within 10 days of the reservation date will forfeit any deposit made to book your room(s). This policy enables us to maintain our commitment to exceptional service and ensures that each guest receives the utmost attention and care.Thank you for your understanding and support in preserving the unique experience offered at Springside Inn.
No Shows
A no show reservation will be subject to a release of room at 11am the morning following the date of arrival. You are financially responsible for the entire booked stay.
Terms and Conditions
Desk Hours and Service
Standard check-in time is between 3:00pm-6:00pm, and a member of our team will be at the desk for check-in. If you will not arrive by 6:00pm, you will need to contact us in advance to discuss alternate arrangements for check-in. If you are checking in on Sunday, please call us in advance with a check-in time. Our number is (315) 252-7247.
Our Oak & Vine public dining room has closed as of May 1, 2023, and moving forward this dining room will be used as a private event space here at Springside Inn. We have several, wonderful, local restaurants in our area that we can definitely recommend. Please let us know if we can help!
Hotel Accessibility
Please note that our guest rooms are located on the second and third floor and are accessible only by the stairs. We do not have an elevator on premises.
Occupancy
Our room rates are based on double occupancy. If you are in need of a cot or have more than two people in your room, there will be an additional $20.00 per person charge.
Pets
We are unable to accommodate pets. No exceptions.
Credit Card Authorization and Payment
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. We accept all major credit cards. If using a debit card, please note that your bank will hold your funds at the time of authorization; for this reason, debit cards are typically discouraged for all hotel reservations. For alternate forms of payment or third-party payment, please inquire.
Parking
Free off-street parking is available for each guest room in our parking lot. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, or damage or loss of property left in parked vehicles in the parking lot.
Quiet Hours
Please show respect for other guests and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 9am. Guests who disturb other guests may be asked to leave and will not be provided a refund.
Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property. Guests maybe charged cleaning fees for damaged, destroyed or excessively soiled towels, linens and/or other soft goods.
No Smoking, No Candles, No Incense, Etc.
The Springside Inn is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas of the outside of the property. Smoking is not allowed in the building, in guest rooms, or in public outdoor areas. Evidence of smoking, including the smell of smoke, in the room areas will result in a minimum $250 charge plus the cost of any damaged property. The burning of any sort of object including candles or incense, and the use of strongly scented items is prohibited. All the above are subject to cleaning and damage fees.
