HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
- Room Refresh: Includes tidying the room, replenishing toiletries, emptying trash, making the bed with existing linens, and replacing towels left on the floor.
- Full Cleaning (Every Third Day): Includes thorough room cleaning, changing all bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, extensive bathroom cleaning, and restocking all amenities.
- Requesting Service: Housekeeping Service is by request. Place the “Service Please” sign on your door or text (937) 704-2042 to request housekeeping or any additional items.
- Declining Service: Place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door to decline housekeeping. Our housekeeping team is here to ensure your room is perfectly maintained during your stay!

PET POLICY
At our properties, we strive to accommodate all our guests, including those traveling with pets. Below is our pet policy:
- Certified ADA Animals
We welcome certified service animals as defined by the ADA at no charge. - Non-Service Dogs
A $75 per stay pet fee will be charged for non-service dogs.
Non-service dogs must weigh no more than 50 lbs.
Pets are subject to our $100 security deposit for any excessive cleaning or damage.
If an undeclared pet is discovered, the guest will be charged the $75 pet fee plus a $100 cleaning fee. - Responsibilities of Pet Owners
Pets must remain leashed or in carriers when in common areas.
Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms unless securely crated.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Any excessive noise or disturbances may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
- All packages must be addressed to the reservation holder and be delivered within your reservation dates. Please note that the hotel will not be responsible for packages handled at the hotel.
- Smoking is not permitted in rooms or common areas.
- Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
- A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside rooms or in common areas.
