Our seven boutique style rooms offer Old-World Charm with modern amenities, and a staff dedicated to provide you with a stay you will not soon forget. First opened in 1904 as the City Hotel and fully remodeled in 2018, this century-old building provides comfortable, boutique-style lodging, nestled in the heart of the Historical District.  Resting above Audubon’s Restaurant and only an hour drive from St. Louis, Audubon’s Hotel is the perfect destination for a romantic escape or Mid-West vacation getaway.  Woven into the storied history of Ste. Cancellation Policy
We are a small boutique hotel; you can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date with no penalty. If you cancel within the 7- 5-day window your card will be charged the deposit of $45.  If you need to cancel between the 5 days prior and the night of the reservation and the room cannot be booked by another guest, you will be charged one night stay.

Welcome to the Audubon’sHotel & Restaurant! We’re glad you’re here and we are committed to makingyour stay a memorable experience. Here are a few things to keep in mind duringyour stay: 

Upon arrival, please park in our parking lot across the street and come through the main doors of the restaurant. The manager on duty will check you in and assist you to your room. 

The Hotel entrance is a key padded/locked entrance allowing 24/7 door access to the hotel. The code for entry is given upon check in and otherwise remains locked. 

At this time, we will onlyservice guest rooms upon request. As always, housekeeping service iscomplimentary. If you would like housekeeping service during your stay, let themanager on duty know upon check in or the night before. During your stay,we will be happy to provide you with fresh linens etc. At your request, we willprovide you with a trash bag for soiled linens to be placed outside your guestroom.  We truly apologize for theinconvenience and please do not hesitate to let us know if we need to make anyaccommodations for you during this time, that are within reason, to make yourstay more comfortable.  

In addition, we would like toreview some hotel policies that are in place to ensure a pleasant visit for allour guests. If you have questions about any of these policies, please let oneof our managers know, and we will be glad to assist. ·      

You must be 21 years or older to register for a room.

Your confirmation email is the electronic agreement for credit card authorization. This is in leu of electronic or physical signatures collected in person. 

Fire safety codes allow a maximum of two (2) people in room #2, 3, 4 & 5 and four (4) are allowed in room #1, 6, & 7 
for overnight accommodations. We reserve the right to charge for additional unregistered guest in the rooms. If you have questions about room occupancy, please ask. 573-883-2479

We do not allow parties in our suites or guest rooms.Overnight guests who have reserved a suite or guest room may have visitors,however, out of consideration for our other guest; we must insist that noise bekept to a minimum. If noise levels disturb other guest, our staff is trained toaddress the situation promptly and decisively. We reserve the right to evictthe offending party or parties, in which case all guest room or suite rentalcharges and deposit will be forfeited.

Noise levels must be kept to a minimum. This includesslamming doors and running down the halls. This will ensure all guest enjoy their stay at Audubon's Hotel. 
       

Excessive trashed rooms could result in an additionalcleaning fee charge of $100. We are glad to provide you with additional trashbags if needed. Place full trash bags or containers outside your door or andstaff will remove it daily. If you have any plumbing issue, please contactstaff.

Smoking in the rooms will result in automatic chargeof $250.00 and/or including eviction of the hotel. This includes e-cigarettes, marijuana and vaping products as well as candles, wax burners, incense, etc. Please note our sprinkler and alarm system is verysensitive and will easily pick up any vapors.

Our windows are not able to be opened due to safetyconcerns and no screens. If there is damage to the windows from attempted to be open, you may be charged for the cost of damage or repair.

Any activities that are against the law will result in eviction from the hotel with no refund. 

Any damage to the hotel will result in a charge forthe cost of the damage and possible eviction and a police report will be made. 

Any damage to the room that requires repair or replacement of any objects in the room be it bedspreads, carpet, furniture, etc. a cleaning fee and replacement fee, if needed, will be charged to your credit card on file.

We do not share any of your personal information with outside sources however we will utilize emails collected to send out offers and upcoming events in our area.
