Any cancellations or modifications must be made in writing. For cancellations up to 60 days prior to the arrival date, a 10% admin fee of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% refund of the full amount will be issued. For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. If the client decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. For any modifications made less than 14 days prior to arrival, a 10% admin fee will be charged.
Terms and Conditions
BOOKING & CONFIRMATION:
A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Once the booking is confirmed, a deposit for the first night will be charged to your card. No reservations can be made without a deposit. The outstanding balance is due 7 days prior to arrival and will automatically be processed on the credit card provided upon booking.
** Non-payment of the 100% tariff will be deemed a cancellation of the booking.
10% GST inclusive in all charges.
MINIMUM STAY:
Weekends require a minimum stay of 2 nights. Long weekends and school holidays require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

NO PET POLICY:
We have a no-pet policy at Lake Hume Resort.
EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT:
Standard check- in time is 2.00pm. The name of the booking (or nominee) must be the person checking in.Standard check- out time by 10.00am. For guaranteed arrival prior to 2pm, a room must be reserved from the previous night and therefore includes an additional nightly charge. Late check-out up to 11.00 am is at the discretion of the resort manager and must be requested the night before check out. Late check out after 11.00am will incur the full rate of one (1) nights’ accommodation. Please notify in the event of late arrival as the resort reception is open for trade from 9am-5pm.
CLEANING:
General cleaning is included in the room rate. Should the cleaning requirements after your stay be deemed excessive, the extra costs will be taken off the security bond processed via the clients’ credit card. Cleaning and damage include, but not limited to - excessive glass breakage, damage to interior and exterior structures and items of the venue.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure that all guests adhere to the dress code of the resort and act in a responsibly manner. Any guests found consuming or providing drugs will be removed immediately and police will be informed.
PRICES:
Lake Hume Resort will endeavour to maintain the same prices as issued but will not take any responsibility for price variation at the time of your stay. These prices are subject to change.
LAKE HUME RESORT’S RIGHTS:
Lake Hume Resort does not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the client, client’s guests or invitees or for any injury sustained to the client or any guest during their time with us. Lake Hume Resort reserves the right to refuse entry from any guest to an event, regardless of an invitation from the client, when deemed necessary without liability. Lake Hume Resort also reserves the right to cancel the booking or close the event down if:
• The event may prejudice the reputation of the resort
• The deposit has not been paid
• Unruly behaviour
NOISE LEVEL:
Regulations are in place to noise levels, music and entertainment. We reserve the right to lower noise levels should it result in disturbing other patrons. Noise regulations: Before 8am and after 11pm on any Friday, Saturday or the day immediately before a public holiday. Before 8am and after 10pm on any other day. A $500 fee will be charged on the credit card provided upon booking if our onsite manager has to be called out after these hours.
