hours to answer any queries and offer advice about the valley.
We are located a short walk from
the centre of Chamonix by the famous Lac des Gaillands. The bus stop outside runs
directly to Chamonix Centre, which gives you access to all the different chairlifts
in the valley. In peak season, this runs every ten minutes.

- STANDARD RATES - The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
- NON REFUNDABLE RATES - The guest can will be charged at the time of booking and no refund will be given at any time. A change of dates or room can be available subject to available space.
- ANNEXE rooms are NON REFUNDABLE and charged after booking.
Terms and Conditions
- Bed Linen fee is charged as a flat rate of 5 euros per room (privates) or per bed (dorms) per stay. the use of our linen is mandatory
- Tax de sejour (tourist tax) is charged at 1 euro per person per night - This provides FREE bus and TRAIN travel in the Valley
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
- Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible, places are limited).
- Pets are not allowed
