Our location is on Fifth Avenue, in the north end of town, where life is still easygoing and not so busy and noisy as downtown. People come here to relax and mix with locals, enjoy better prices and less crowded and more natural beaches. Getting around in Playa del Carmen is easy. There are all kinds of public transportation, mostly our clients use taxis. We can also point you to bicycle or car rentals, free parking is available on the street and we have a security guard who looks after the vehicles at night. Also, you are within walking distance of downtown Fifth avenue and the beach.

Terms and Conditions

To ensure that this Hotel provides a safe and comfortable stay to guests, the following rules need to be followed. Not abiding by these rules may lead to cancellation of stay and/or refusal to use the hotel facilities.
Further, if you happen to damage any equipment or fixtures inside the hotel premises, the Hotel reserves a right to charge you the full cost of the same.

Rules

(1) Do not use the apartments for purposes other than intended without authorization.
(2) Do not light fire in the passage or apartment for any reason.
(3) Please do not smoke in your apartment as a deep cleaning surcharge of USD 250.00 per day will apply.
(4) To prevent fire, refrain from smoking in any other places prone to catch fire.
(5) The equipment and articles in guest rooms are strictly meant for the guests staying in the Hotel. Hence, inside the guest rooms, use of such equipment and articles by outsiders is prohibited.
(6) Animals (except service animals) are not permitted on property or inside apartments.
(7) Do not bring the following on to the premises, detection of any of them will be reported to authorities:
    a) Drugs.
    b) Any kind of weapon, guns, swords, etc.
    c) Explosives, or articles containing volatile oils that may ignite or catch fire.
    d) Any articles that are considered illegal in Mexico.
    e) Any other articles that may pose a threat to the safety of other guests staying in the hotel.
(8) Do not scream, sing loudly, or create loud noises by any other actions inside the apartments and public areas, as it may disturb or annoy other guests staying here.
(9) Refrain from engaging into gambling or acts that violate public order and morals inside the apartments and public areas.
(10) Do not distribute advertisement goods or sell articles to the other guests or collect donation or signatures from them inside the premises, without proper permission.
(11) Do not leave your personal belongings in public areas of the property.
(12) Any acts of photography that may bother the other guests are strictly prohibited inside the apartments and public areas.
(13) Any personal meetings should be held in the downstairs restaurant only.
(14) Check-in time is 3pm or later.
(15) Latest check-out time is 12pm midday.
(16) Any Extension Of Stay must be reconfirmed with hotel.
(17) Pre-termination of stay is allowed but no refund will be issued. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.
(18) Visitors are not permitted in guest room after 9pm. The guest is fully responsible for damage caused by personal visitors.
(19) Sol Playa is not responsible for items lost or misplaced in the apartment. For your security, a personal safe is provided in each apartment.
(20) A USD 100.00 charge applies for misplaced or damaged keys, since we will have to change the whole door lock for security reasons.

The guest agrees to observe and abide by to all applicable laws and Government rules & regulations in force.
