Terms and Conditions
1. Prices and Taxes
Prices and Taxes stated on the direct booking engine are inclusive of Taxes, fees & other charges related to your accommodation and stay with us.
2. Payment & Terms at Check-In & Check-out
A down payment of 50% shall be done to secure a booking/reservation. Any cancellations shall be referred to the Cancellation Policy stated. A full payment must be made upon check-in and a security deposit of Php1,500.00 shall be given upon check-in.
3. Traveling with Minors
If the minor is travelling without at least one of his/her parent/s, a legal guardian with proper documentation and parental consent shall be checked upon check-in. A minor is not allowed to be the Primary Guest at the establishment.
4. Parking
Free Parking is available for all in-house guests.
5. Hotel Events
We respect the privacy of each & every guest. We prohibit our guests from organizing their own events/parties within the vicinity. For accommodation-hosted events, guests can be sure that silent hours of 10:30pm to 8:00am shall be strictly followed.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any form of disputes/concerns of the guest towards the Management shall be dealt with utmost confidentiality and will be settled within the two parties amicably and professionally. Any form of disputes/concerns of the guest towards other guests of the Accommodation establishment shall be reported to the Management immediately & shall be mediated by the latter.
7. Use of Personal Information
All information & documents submitted to the management shall be treated with utmost confidentiality and shall only be utilized for the purpose of documentation, contact tracing and accommodation regulations provided by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte, Philippines. All documents shall be secured by the Management and shall only be utilized for the items stated above.
8. Liability
The Hotel Management shall not be held responsible for any untoward accidents or events that occur to the guest during their stay with us with regards to any self-inflicted happenings or situations. The Guest shall also abide by the set house rules and guidelines by the management. The Management shall not be held responsible for lost articles that have occurred outside the premises.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of a Force Majeure or an incident considered as an "act of God", the Management shall not be held responsible for the untoward incident and shall be given the benefit of Management's discretion regarding refunds or compensation.
10. Severance
All concerns regarding the property or service, if any, shall be reported to the Management during the duration of the guests' stay. Any complaints or incidents not reported immediately to the management or any concerns expressed after 72 hours of checkout shall no longer be considered valid and will not be further investigated by the Management.
