- Cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 7 days prior to arrival will forgo the %50 deposit unless the room nights can be resold. In the case that the room nights can be resold, Deposit less the $50 administration fee will be returned to guests.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date are not refundable, on occasion if room nights can be resold, payment less the $50 administration fee may be refunded. This is determined on a case by case basis, and is at the discretion of the owner and is not guaranteed.
