Terms and Conditions
The use of facilities for guests is included in the accommodation cost, including:
- Indoor heated pool and hot tub (please note that maintenance days apply).
- Meeting room equipped with internet service, giant screen, karaoke, suitable for virtual classes, coaching events, conferences, training sessions, and social gatherings.
- Children's play area in the "Chozón". Younger guests can enjoy games such as "El Sapo", foosball, and various board games.
- Indoor games for adult guests.
- Birdwatching, observing native flora and fauna.
- Sports courts: soccer and volleyball.• Unguided walks on authorized trails in the reserve, visit to the waterfall of the Chagualyacu Chico river, and canopy tours are available at an additional cost.• Guided walks and canopy tours for guests have an additional cost.• As an ecotourism reserve dedicated to Sustainable Tourism, pets and animals not native to the habitat are not allowed. (Exceptions may apply, please inquire at the reception.)• Check-in starts from 14:30 and Check-Out is scheduled for 12:00. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are possible upon availability at the Reception without any additional cost.• Children aged 0 to 4 years stay free of charge, while children aged 5 to 11 years pay 50% of the Rack rate.
