THE APARTMENTS:
All apartments were freshly renovated and finished at the end of 2020. Depending on the category they are approx. 40 qm to 55 qm in size. The apartments are ideal for single travellers, couples, families and craftsmen. Our rooms and upholstered furniture are cleaned with an air and cleaning system during the cleaning process, so that we can guarantee you a mite-free mattress. Our apartments are therefore very suitable for allergy sufferers.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything that is necessary for the catering of one or more persons. Each living area has a television and a comfortable sofa, which can also be turned into a sofa bed. Of course there is a table which can be used as a dining table or as a workstation. The tasteful furnishings are designed to allow our tenants to relax after a hard day's work.

THE LOCATION:
The apartments are located in a quiet area of Duisburg. The Duisburg-North Landscape Park, which is ideal for recreation, sports and leisure, is in the immediate vicinity. Supermarkets, snack bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartments, as is a bus stop. Surrounded by the main traffic arteries of the Ruhr area, the A40, A3, and A59, our apartments are not only very centrally located in Duisburg, but also the ideal location to reach the other major cities of the Ruhr area at short notice.
