ABOUT PAZIFLORA HOSTEL: We are a hostel that wish that our guests, feel in a comfortable, quiet and clean space, as if you were at home.
LOCATION: We are located one block from the Municipal Agency, in the lower part of the center of Puerto Escondido, from where you can easily walk to the beaches, Manzanillo, Puerto Angelito, Main bay and Carrizalillo (a 10-minute walk) and to the entire center. from the city, within a radius of less than 1 km. Located less than 10 minutes from the Rinconada and Adoquín tourist corridors, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants. You can easily get to the ADO bus terminal in less than 5 minutes walking, and to the transfer lines to Oaxaca, capital and other nearby tourist centers. If you don’t have problem with long walks, our hostel is ideal for exploring the entire main beach until you reach Zicatela and get to Punta de Zicatela, you can also take your walk to Bacocho beach.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION: We have comfortable shared rooms, beautiful bunk beds, with connections for your devices, reading lamps, ceiling fans and bathrooms inside the rooms. Air conditioning is available from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. in most bedrooms. Our private rooms have private bathroom, ceiling fan, A/C, queen size bed.
FACILITIES: We have beautiful and spacious common areas, equipped with hammocks. We have an outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook on 2 stoves and store your food in 3 refrigerators. We have purified water to drink. We have a pool that is available from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. In the hostel we can recommend and schedule the different tours that you can do in this beautiful tourist destination. We have Wi Fi throughout the hostel

REGULAR SEASON CANCELLATION POLICIES
- If you make your cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged.
- If you need to cancel from 2 to 6 days before your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the first night per room(s) and/or bed(s) reserved.
- If you make your cancellation one day before your arrival, you will be charged 100% of one night per room(s) and/or bed(s) reserved.
- If you cancel the same day of your arrival date or do not arrive at the hotel, a charge of 100% of the total deposit received for the nights per room reserved will be applied.
- Modifications can be made to regular season reservations, without cost, up to 10 days before. (Only one occasion within the current year).
SPECIAL POLICIES FOR HOLIDAYS:
- Reservations made for DECEMBER SEASON AND HOLY WEEK, you can only cancel 15 days before the reservation date, otherwise, a charge of 100% of the total deposit will be applied for the nights per room reserved. (THE DATES OF THE DECEMBER SEASON AND HOLY WEEK VARY YEAR BY YEAR).
- Modifications can be made to reservations of DECEMBER SEASON AND HOLY WEEK, without any cost up to 21 days before. (Only one occasion within the current year).
- Premature departure from the hostel due to illness or in any cases will be taken as cancellation and there will be no refunds.

The day unit is understood as a natural day.Terms and Conditions
· The prices presented are net, without taxes.· The total price of the reservation must be paid at the reception when checking in, before receiving the room or beds.· Check in is after 15:00 and until 22:30 hours. If you need to check in at another time, please contact us to see possibilities.· Check out is at 11:00.· Minors under 15 years are not accepted.· No pets allowed.· There is no parking lo, so users who need it, can park their units on the street, in front of the hostel (there is no pension, or any type of shelter for the units, and we do not assume any responsibility for these).· The reception is open from 7:00 to 23:00.· If you need to enter the hostel, outside reception hours, you will be given instructions to enter after hours reception.· Noise is limited in all the hostel facilities from 22:00 to 8:00 hours.· A/C is provided in most shared rooms from 22:00 to 8:00 hours.· Although a deposit is not charged when entering the hostel, this does not exempt guests in case of any damage to the facilities, or to belongings of other guests, so it will have to cover 100% of the damages generated.· In the assigned bed in the shared rooms, you must respect your assignment, and if you need to change of bed, the guest will notify at reception one day before, to verify availability.· In shared rooms, only one locker can be assigned per guest, and each guest must have their own lock. In case of locker overcrowding, we reserve the right to release overcrowded lockers, to give it to a guest who does not have an assigned locker.· In the bedroom you can request a towel, with a deposit of $100.00 pesos, of which $20.00 will be deducted for laundry fee, as well as every time you request a change of towel, $10.00 will be deducted from your remaining deposit. If the towel presents any type of modification or non-repairable damage, the deposit may be taken to mitigate these damages.· In case of loss of key in private rooms, you must cover a duplicate fee of $100.00 pesos.· Visitors from outside the hostel are not allowed.· The pool use hours, is from 10:00 to 20:00 hours.· The hours of use of the kitchen will be from 7:00 to 22:00.· It is the duty of each user to clean the kitchen utensils used immediately after use.· You can only smoke in the assigned common areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, shared rooms, closed areas, kitchen and in the pool.· If you need to extend your stay, please request it, at the reception, at least one day before your check out. This will depend on the availability and rate for the dates you wish to consult.· We are not responsible for the loss objects of guest, so it is the obligation of each user to store their belongings in their assigned locker or private room. If you need information about a lost object, you must report it immediately to reception to help locate it.· For no reason leave valuables in the common areas.· Within the hostel there are rules which we invited to be read and respected, in order to provide timely attention to each of our guests and promote good coexistence. You can read house rules at reception.· We do not have hot water.
