Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Full Refund: If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date.
- 75% Refund: If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before your arrival date.
- 50% Refund: If you cancel between 7 and 15 days before your arrival date.
- No Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date.
Terms and Conditions
1. Prices and Taxes
The prices displayed on our direct booking engine include all breakfast for each registered adult, applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your accommodation and stay.
2. Payment & Terms at Check-In & Check-Out
To secure a booking or reservation, a 50% down payment is required. Cancellations will be governed by the Cancellation Policy stated. The remaining balance is due upon check-in, along with a security deposit of Php 1,500.00.
3. Traveling with Minors
Minors traveling without at least one parent or legal guardian must provide proper documentation and parental consent upon check-in. A minor cannot be the primary guest at the establishment.
4. Parking
Complimentary parking is available for all in-house guests. However, the establishment shall not be held liable for any damages to the vehicle or any untoward incidents related to the vehicle being parked in the premises.
5. Hotel Events
We value the privacy of all our guests and do not permit guests to organize unauthorized personal events or parties on the premises. A written permit or authorization and memorandum of agreement shall be prepared and duly signed by both parties. For events hosted by the establishment, we enforce strict "quiet hours" from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or concerns raised by guests regarding the management will be handled confidentially and professionally, with the goal of reaching an amicable resolution. Issues involving other guests must be reported to management immediately for prompt mediation. If an issue remains unresolved, the establishment reserves the right to involve the appropriate authorities.
7. Use of Personal Information
All personal information and documents provided to the management will be kept confidential. They will only be used for documentation, contact tracing, and compliance with accommodation regulations as required by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte, Philippines. These documents will be securely stored and used solely for the purposes stated.
8. Liability
The management is not liable for any accidents or incidents that occur during a guest's stay, particularly those that are self-inflicted or arise from the guest's own actions. Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules and guidelines set by management. The hotel is also not responsible for lost items that occur outside the premises.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of a Force Majeure or "Act of God," the management shall not be held responsible for any resulting incidents. Decisions regarding refunds or compensation will be at the discretion of the management.
10. Severance
Any issues or concerns regarding the property or services should be immediately reported to management during the guest's stay. Complaints or concerns raised more than 24 hours after checkout will not be considered valid, and no further investigation will take place.
