Reservation Policy

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within the first 30 days prior to arrival.The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation should the reservation amount not be settled within 30 days prior to arrival. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.

Check-in / Check-out / Business Hours

Check-in at 3 PM. You are welcome to arrive at our hotel starting from 7.30 AM. Should your room not be ready upon your arrival you are welcome to chill at our beach or at our sea view restaurant and bar until the room is ready which will be latest at 3 PM. Please advise us asap about your check-in time and kindly note that check in after 10 PM will not be possible unless specified in your reservation at least one day prior to arrival.

You can check-out any time up until 11 AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested and feedback will be provided to confirm or reject the request based on availability. Check-out before 8 AM will need to be announced latest one day prior to the departure.If you wish to keep the room longer, do contact us to inquire about availability. The early check-in and late check-out fee is 30 USD.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels more than 30 days prior to check-in, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the full reservation amount will be charged.
In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
Should the selected rate indicate "non refundable" this will mean that the full amount of the reservation will be charged even if cancelled within the above mentioned cancellation terms.
All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.

Smoking Policy

All our rooms are stricktly non-smoking. Any breach to our policy will have a 500 USD fine.
