Our reception desk is open 24 hours a day but the front door locks around 8pm. If you’re arriving after 10pm you must notify us or your bed may be resold.

All guests must provide a valid government issued photo identification, credit/debit card and travel documents upon arrival.
All payments occur during check in for the full amount of your stay. If you need to leave early, any additional nights will be refunded if you check out by 11am on the day you wish to leave.
Washington State ID's must have an address 50 mile radius away from zip code 98101 or additionally present a document showing an event in Seattle that you plan to attend.

We do not take payment over the phone, all transactions must take place in person. You must be 18+ in years of age.
Our system places you in the first available bed, we are unable to guarantee multiple bed reservations in the same room. If you are traveling with other guests and want to be in the same room call or email us to make arrangements.
Cancellation Policy:
You have until 9am the day prior to arrival to cancel with no charge, because we love you. If you fail to cancel or arrive you will be considered a No Show; your credit card will be charged for the first night's stay plus tax and the remaining days of your reservation will be cancelled, so do not make us no show you, hook it up for someone else by giving us a call and cancelling for free!!!

COVID-19 Policy:
Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or recent negative test is no longer required to check in to our hostel. Masks are not required in the facility. Rather, guests travel at their own risk. Please note that reservations may be cancelled if a guest seems to be sick with COVID-19 symptoms and/or refuses to take a diagnosing test when asked by our staff, or tests positive. We expect everyone to cooperate to keep each other safe. Vaccination is highly recommended before traveling!
Directions! (Aka, getting to the hostel is easy):
From Seatac airport - Take the Link Light Rail (soundtransit.org) to Westlake Station/Downtown Seattle in the underground tunnel. Exit onto Pine Street and 3rd Avenue. Once above ground, walk one block south to Pike and turn right. We are on Pike Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue. Taxi's generally cost $40-60 from the airport, same with Uber or Lyft.
From Greyhound Bus (503 S Royal Brougham Way) - Walk to Stadium Link Light Rail Station. Take the Link Light Rail (soundtransit.org) to Westlake Station/Downtown in the underground tunnel. Exit onto Pine Street and 3rd Avenue. Once above ground, walk one block west on Pine to 2nd St Then walk 2nd street south to Pike and turn right. We are on Pike Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, just past Seattle Coffee Works.
From the Amtrak station – You can take any bus heading North from 3rd Avenue and get off at Pike Street (5-10 minute bus ride) then walk West (opposite direction of traffic) to 1st Avenue. or walk a block to Internatinal district station and take the light rail to Westlake station.
From the Victoria Clipper - A taxi will be the easiest way and will cost about $8. If you want to walk (it will take about 15 minutes), just go along the waterfront until you get to the Lenora Street steps/ elevator (across from the Bell Street Pier and Conference Center). After you go up the stairs, continue up Lenora to 1st Ave and make a right. Our hostel will be on your left hand side in four blocks on the corner of 1st and Pike (the entrance is on Pike Street).
