- Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to your reservation.
- Cancellations made 2 days or less before your stay will be subject to a charge of the first nights stay and all applicable taxes.
- If a guest decides to leave early, the guest must provide a 24 hour notice before their departure to not incur any fees. Any nights that are within the 24 hour notice period will be charged.
- In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.

- Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
- We are a non-smoking property and there will be no smoking allowed in closed areas or near the rooms. Any smoking in the room will incur an automatic $200 fee.
- No pets are allowed on property. A $200 fee will be charged to any room that did not register a pet during check-in.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
- Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
- We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
- Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
- The pool may be used only during available hours. No lifeguard is on duty.
